Shawn Pablo – Owner, San Diego MOB
Shawn Pablo, a San Diego native, is the Owner of the San Diego MOB and a passionate basketball professional with over 20 years of playing experience and 10+ years as a coach and mentor. As the founder of Mind On Basketball Facility and the San Diego Youth Development Clinic, he has dedicated his career to developing athletes and giving back to the community through free youth programs. Shawn played a pivotal role in Bonita Vista High School’s 2023 CIF State Runner-Up season and was a standout on Hoover High’s 2013 CIF Championship team. With the launch of SD MOB in the ABA, Shawn’s mission is to elevate local talent, build professional pathways, and inspire through the power of basketball.

Dr. JoAnn Fields – Vice-President of Operations, San Diego MOB
Dr. JoAnn Fields has made significant strides in the world of community advocacy and public affairs. Her career is marked by her dedication to uplifting communities, particularly communities of color, through strategic marketing, government navigation, and event support. Her journey has been diverse, impactful, and inspirational. Her professional journey and personal motivations illustrate her commitment to making a meaningful impact on the lives of others. Through her work in both government and the community, Dr. Fields continues to champion the causes that matter most to her, leaving a lasting legacy of positive change.

Lani Sapla: Creative Director, SD MOB
Lani Sapla serves as the Director of Creative Content for the San Diego MOB, bringing a unique blend of photography, storytelling, and community impact to the team. A San Diego native, Noelani’s passion for visual content began at San Diego State University, where she led as photo editor for the Daily Aztec, covering major basketball events from AAU to NCAA championships.
She is also the founder of Lani Shootz, a photography business focused on family, milestone, and branding shoots, known for its personalized, relationship-driven approach. Outside of her creative work, Noelani is an elementary school educator dedicated to empowering young students and mentoring aspiring sports photographers. Her work reflects a deep commitment to both the art of storytelling and the power of education.

Charlene Autolino – Director of Strategic Partnership & SD Mob Girls
Charlene Autolino of Outreach Consulting Services has her bachelor’s degree in
criminal justice and has been in the Reentry Community for over 19 years. Currently
she is the CEO/Chair for the San Diego Committee on Employment of People with
Disabilities and the CEO/Chair of the Veterans Employment Committee of San Diego
County. She has also worked for the California Department of Corrections and
Rehabilitation as a Parole and Community Team Coordinator for the following Parole
Offices, San Diego, El Cajon and Chula Vista.
She is the Chair of the San Diego Reentry Roundtable and has held the position of Vice
Chair and Secretary and has been in Prison Ministry for over 19 years. She serves on
several committees’ and Board’s. Charlene has the experience and expertise in the
area of Outreach and Networking due to her extensive referral base and Affiliations.
